Hi my beauties, just checking in since it is the middle of the week! What have you learned so far? What have you started or been avoiding? Any challenges? Any wins?
Oftentimes we get glimmers of new ideas to start, new ways we can grow, reminders of potential…they only last for a second and then we revert to autopilot. We go about our day, living the same, WANTING to change but waiting for the next course, next piece of motivation to push us in the direction we want to go.
Your job is to catch those glimmers of motivation, YOUR VISION, not to ignore it. I mean it is A LOT easier said than done.
The first step to harnessing the awareness to catch yourself in moments of internal excitement before it disappears is INNER STILLNESS. When we cultivate inner stillness we’re able to see that excitement, that vision so clearly that our next step becomes easy.
I prompt you to sit in complete silence for at least 5 minutes today. No distractions, no effort. Just stillness. It’s the only way we begin to break the mental barrier between what’s keeping you where you are and where you WANT to be.
Because honestly? Joining the course isn’t going to save you, booking your first call with me isn’t going to save you, shit-even coming to the internal realization of that mental barrier won’t even save you. Only YOU can. You have every resource, you have all the support. Now it’s up to you.
