Stop doing 'busy work' that doesn't pay
I wasted months doing things I thought were helping me grow my group.
My member count stayed at zero.
Here’s the stuff that feels like work but is actually just a distraction:
- Spending all morning 'organizing' your class modules.
- Changing your colors or branding again.
- Watching more 'how-to' videos.
None of that moves the needle. It's just a way to avoid the fear of getting rejected or ignored.
Try this:
1. Offer something of value for free and let people know about it without spamming.
2. Post something that makes people ask a question.
3. Help someone in your group for free until they get a win.
Everything else is noise. If it doesn't lead to a conversation or a result, stop doing it.
