I missed my goal of 100 Skool members in 30 days... and here's why
I set a big goal last month: 100 members in 30 days.
I didn't hit it. I ended up at 75.
Now, 75 new members is great... it’s a massive win for a new community start from 0.
But I’m a strategist, and I had to look at why I fell short of the finish line.
The truth? I was "winging it."
I was relying on my own creative energy and "creative sparks" every single day.
And it worked... until life got in the way.
But because I didn't have a tangible, documented system to fall back on, the growth engine just stopped.
I realized that "winging it" isn't a growth strategy. Having a repeatable system is.
