Weekly goals
- Finalise with my latest deal, I have the deal packaged, I have an investor ready, I gave him the weekend to do his due diligence to make sure he’s happy. - Will hopefully start the management onboarding process with him today.
- Reaching out and building up a list of investors/commercial lenders for raising finance or potential JV on a company buy (property portfolio). This deal has huge potential upside so If anyone is interested, please do get in touch.
- Familiarise myself with this community.
