Sam or anyone else who has knowledge in what I’m about to ask. Say we get an offer accepted with refurb quote from a builder but they have started another job which would take say 2months for example, how would you deal with that situation?
Would you stick it out as the numbers for the deal to work were worked out from their quote?
How would you mitigate this happening to prevent such issues?
