Feel like Friday is here and it hasn't been as a successful week as the previous weeks. Small wins this week:
Bespoke investor agreed to go ahead (although finding it frustrating not being able to find anything and offers getting turned down constantly)
Outreach:
80 FB messages sent to landlords of which 5 joined my whatsapp group (although my whatsapp group is dead with no deals!)
50 probate letters sent out
Survived the first week of half term 😂
