Friday wins

Had a couple of good conversations with some estate agents in the area and they’ve said they were both start to call me with properties so now it’s just a bit of a waiting game.
Another investor (maybe 2 when they decide their strategy!) on boarded and a follow-up call to be booked
First informal offer submitted for a property but was declined. Max offer put in but I’m planning to follow up in the next couple of weeks to see if they will reconsider. Absolutely crapped myself putting it in but it’s been a really good learning curve.
Random investor completed my form to join my WhatsApp group, have followed up but haven’t heard nothing back since. Taking the small win that I’m being seen on social media as all my other investors are friends.

A productive week, planning to rest and recharge this weekend and hit the ground running next week. I want to put in at least one more offer by end of next week.
