About a month ago, I spent a week doing creatine loading, averaging 20gms a day. I was in a challenge, and focusing on building muscle fast.
Since then I haven’t been consistent with my intake, only consuming creatine post workout, approx 2ish times a week.
Now that I have a schedule that allows me to be in the gym up to 4 times a week, weight lifting, can I do another week of creatine loading? Or should I just make it a habit to get a daily 5mg dose?
