At the heart of this community lives an ancient practice known as Dāna. Long before capitalism and commercial exchange, Dāna existed as an attitude of giving - a sacred act rooted in the knowing that we are not separate. In yogic and contemplative traditions, to give was not charity or transaction, but evolution. A recognition that when we care for one another, when we share resources, energy, and intention, we all rise. Dāna is an expression of interconnectedness. It is the understanding that what nourishes one, nourishes the whole. To give is to participate consciously in the growth of the collective. Within The Well of Bliss, Dāna is what allows this space to remain alive, accessible, and ever-expanding.
