Hey fam, hope you all have had an amazing break and are charged up with motivation to be the best version of you in 2026.
🏖The holiday period is often both nourishing and challenging. The time together can be wholesome, a great opportunity for quality time with friends, family, loved ones and for down time away from mundane work activities.
😩Yet, it can also be the source of stress as we are outside of our regular routines which throws out our inner rhythm.
💭Sometimes we're forced to confront issues we may have been plastering over with the distractions of day-to-day life.
💪Yet the flurry of motivation that comes with a new year - resolve, resolutions and time to plan and execute on our visions is usually enough to give us the drive to stay on track...
However, it's often after this period comes to an end that the motivation wears thin.
⛓️We're back in routine. Everyday life and distractions begin to pull us away from the vision we've meticulously planned.
🚃So, this is where most people fall off the wagon. After the swell of motivation runs out.
🌾Now, this is why it's important to plan ahead for the end of this incoming phase. That's what we'll be ready for...
✅️Now, originally we had talked about launching another 21-Day Challenge in Jan.
Upon reflection I've decided to make it:

⏰️This timing will help us all STAY on track and maintain the momentum we are blessed with right now when we most need it! (As Feb begins).
