Woke this morning with a sore back (due to spontaneous weeding in the garden last night on dusk.) I chose the week 2 'Movement' and enjoyed the practice outside and the benefits of the stretches! I can now listen through my headphones without needing visual cues. This makes my practice location much more flexible. I enjoy the week 2 movement for digestion. A great prep for the week 2 breathflow. Setting and sharing my intentions for practice this week has been so helpful for my commitment π±
