Working rotational shifts
Hey man I work rotational shift. 6-2 and 2-10. Changes every week meaning I can only train bjj every other week. Should I increase strength training on the weeks I don’t train bjj. Thanks in advance

What's up to anyone that's new to this community. I'm going to be releasing a free course in the classroom section to show you how how you can balance Jiu Jitsu and Getting Strong while building a killer physique at the same time.
