I’m about to write an email to my clients. Not asking for anything just something that adds value.
Then I have some cards I need to write. And some texts to send. Again not asking for anything. Not mentioning I have availability. Just a happy birthday card and thank you for coming in.
Then I have a text to send because I have a client that lost a dog. And I found a painter that does amazing
Portraits of dogs. So her friends and I are going to pitch in to get this done for her as a random surprise gift.
How will you connect with your clients beyond just exchanging what you do for money.
A follow up call just to make sure they are happy.
A referral to a great restaurant for their anniversary.
Checking in on them after a trip.
Checking in on them after a funeral. Or sending a card for condolences.
Do the things that are unscalable for better connection and community with clients.
