What is one thing grief has taught you about yourself?
Hello everyone, It's been a little while since I've been active here, and I'm grateful to reconnect. Over the past few months, I have been creating resources to support people through grief, loss, life transitions, and those moments when we need a little extra steadiness. I'm excited to share that my digital resource shop is now open. https://payhip.com/IntheMoments One of the resources closest to my heart is the 40-Day Grief Journal. You will find the link and details it in the Classroom. Claim your 10% discount by using this coupon code on checkout: SKOOL Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and there is no right or wrong way to experience it. This journal was created as a gentle companion, a place to reflect, acknowledge what you're carrying, and take one day at a time. 💛 What is one thing grief has taught you about yourself?

Ground Yourself: Box Breathing for Tough Moments
Hi there beautiful human, When life seems overwhelming, your stress levels are at an ultimate high or you are grieving a loss or a shift and you feeling unsettled. Try this "Box Breathing" exercise. A simple, calming breathing technique that helps ground you during moments of stress, anxiety, or grief. Try following this structured pattern of inhaling for 4, holding for 4, exhaling for 4, and pausing or 4. Repeat 4 times, it will help to restore focus, reduce tension, and find a sense of calm in the midst of life’s transitions and sometimes its chaos. If you are going through a rough patch of change or transition. Take the "Right Now" Check in (https://forms.gle/HVK9cdxBZvVUUpcM6) and see where you are in this Moment. I will then send you a 72 hour reset to help guide you through the moments.
