Ground Yourself: Box Breathing for Tough Moments
Hi there beautiful human,
When life seems overwhelming, your stress levels are at an ultimate high or you are grieving a loss or a shift and you feeling unsettled. Try this "Box Breathing" exercise.
A simple, calming breathing technique that helps ground you during moments of stress, anxiety, or grief. Try following this structured pattern of inhaling for 4, holding for 4, exhaling for 4, and pausing or 4. Repeat 4 times, it will help to restore focus, reduce tension, and find a sense of calm in the midst of life’s transitions and sometimes its chaos.
If you are going through a rough patch of change or transition. Take the "Right Now" Check in (https://forms.gle/HVK9cdxBZvVUUpcM6) and see where you are in this Moment. I will then send you a 72 hour reset to help guide you through the moments.
