Signature Course THE THOUGHTFUL SLOWDOWN is broken down into 9 individual sections. Feel free to purchase by module if they call to you. Best to do all 9, but I broke them down because I realized that can feel overwhelming, and that is not why we are here. (Please be patient while I get them up!)
