Day 1 of 5 - Meditation Challenge
Good morning! Your first challenge is 🔹making the time🔹 for 5 mins of quiet. Just find a spot and grab some headphones set a 5-minute timer and listen to one of my favorite tracks off YouTube. Your “🐌 task (this is your inner-observer) is to jump in this thread and list any observations you had or challenges [hungry, board, etc] based off that I’ll create tomorrow’s so it’s designed specifically for this group. I really enjoyed this music/ frequency. My body instantly seemed to relax when I settled down to meditate with it on. My mind was still travelling to various thoughts but it seemed to slow down after a couple minutes and was a very restful feeling. Looking forward to Day 2 ◡̈
