I will start my Fast on Sunday night and go 48-72 hours. You can begin with 24-36 hours to get the body used to fasting.
You can start your fast anytime but learn to listen to the harmony of the body and don’t push yourself into sickness but at the same time know that you will get some pushback because this is introducing disciplines at the same time.

I do water fasting no calories
I drink water with zero calorie electrolyte powder, water and salt, and I drink electrolyte powder and herbal teas all that have no calories.
