Sugar is not your friend
Do you really think sugar has your best interest at heart? We consume more sugar in a week than some did all year 50-60 years ago. Our bodies are not made to handle this load I actually feel better the more I cut sugar out of my diet Think about this… Diabetics take medicine 💊 to remove the sugar from their blood 🩸 but that sugar has to go somewhere and it does. It goes into other parts of the body and it causes destruction everywhere it goes. Sugar causes everything to eventually rot or it attracts sickness and disease 🦠

Join me on an Alternate Day fasting journey
I plan to fast every other day for the next 7-10 days to see how the body responds. These are just 24 hour fasts Here’s an example… Day 1 eat normal 1-3 meals a day Day 2 Fast Day 3 eat normal 1-2 meals a day (hot to give yourself enough time in between your last meal and the 24 hour fast) Day 4 Fast And just keep repeating this pattern When you listen to the harmony of the body you will know when to break the cycle Here’s to stepping Into the healthiest version of myself in 2026
Just finished another alternate day fasting
24 hours then followed that up with a 30 hour fast right after that. Body feels great mind is clear and I’m definitely motivated to keep pressing into this process
What do I mean when I say Synthetic Free
I want to educate the masses on how to shop in the grocery store. How to be confident and put the right ingredients inside your body. I want to bridge the gap on Synthetic Food Ingredients so you will know and recognize them when you see them on food labels. I want to help educate people on what these synthetic ingredients are actually doing to the body and give you the truth vs what you’ve always been told and conditioned to think all these years. My goal is to educate and cultivate a better mindset moving forward on that will set you up for success in the days, weeks, months, and years to come
