Fasting in my opinion is to change what the body craves and wants, the only down side in the beginning is we have taught our bodies to want and need food around the clock and we are paying the price for those mistakes. I want to show you a different perspective, one that will have you tapping into the healer in the body. This class will show the importance of reading, studying, and applying God’s word to your life. To me it’s foundational and a building block for everything I do with my health and wellness. You don’t have to do it exactly like I do, but I encourage you to find something that resonates with you and practice it daily. When we draw the Lord closer our disciplines get refined in the process.
