I plan to fast every other day for the next 7-10 days to see how the body responds.
These are just 24 hour fasts
Here’s an example…
Day 1 eat normal 1-3 meals a day
Day 2 Fast
Day 3 eat normal 1-2 meals a day (hot to give yourself enough time in between your last meal and the 24 hour fast)
Day 4 Fast
And just keep repeating this pattern
When you listen to the harmony of the body you will know when to break the cycle
