I read a short story, a butterfly flaps it's wings in a forest, Coz of this tiny movement in the air which is amplified by the atmosphere. This disturbance grows and influences the formation of a hurricane thousands of miles away.
We can relate it to how small changes in our daily life can lead to big outcomes and how our individual actions can affect the world around us.
What can we learn from this short story? SMALL ACTIONS MATTER! Every action no matter how small, has the potential to create significant effects. I used to be awake till 12a.m. and wake up at 6.30 a.m. because I have school from 7a.m. and I had to get ready for it, everything used to be so clumsy like I used to forget my books or my pouch or forget my assignments. But, I've decided to change, I started by changing my sleep schedule first from 12a.m. to 11:30p.m. and now I'm sleeping by 11p.m. , I started to get enough sleep, I got more productive, my focus time massively increased, I'm getting less stressed now. And I'm glad that I took that small step of increasing my sleep time and my life got better!
The Butterfly Effect reminds us that our actions, no matter how small, have the potential to create significant change in our life!
