Participants (including Jessie, Mary Claire, Steve, Kim, Vaughn, and Bryant) shared their backgrounds and goals around diversifying income, scaling existing expertise, and gaining more control over their work. Mark then demoed the platform’s core flow—Discover → Build → Launch—with a special focus on the Discovery stage: taking the entrepreneur assessment, reviewing tailored side‑hustle matches, tuning the AI algorithm, and using deeper analyses (market demand, risk, competitors, and success probability) to choose promising ideas. He highlighted supporting resources such as the AI tool catalog, prompts library, community area, and help center, and previewed launch tools for lead generation and client acquisition. The main homework is for each participant to refine their assessment as needed and select at least one (up to three) side hustles to explore more deeply in Discovery before the next session. ACTION ITEMS 1. Choose side-hustle(s) to explore: - Use the Discover stage this week to: - Review your assessment and refine it if needed (add/remove skills, preferences; avoid just selecting generic drop downs). - Pick at least one side hustle to focus on. - If undecided, pick up to three and treat it like a “horse race”. 2. For those ideas: - Examine match analysis, market demand, risk, key metrics. - Try Compare Side Hustles for your top 2–3. 3.
