Yesterday we talked about Firefly Mode that moment when your brain starts chasing every little “light” because you’re overwhelmed. First, it’s the laundry. Then the dishes. Then you remember you forgot to answer a text. Then you start looking for your charger… Before you know it, you’ve started 10 things and finished none of them. One thing that’s been helping me is something really simple… 📝 A brain dump. I grab a notebook (or even the Notes app on my phone) and write down everything that’s bouncing around in my head. Not in order.
Not organized.
