Then the dishes.
Then you remember you forgot to answer a text.

Before you know it, youâve started 10 things and finished none of them.
One thing thatâs been helping me is something really simpleâŚ
đ A brain dump.
I grab a notebook (or even the Notes app on my phone) and write down everything thatâs bouncing around in my head.
Not in order.â¨Not organized.â¨Just everything.
Then I ask myself:
⨠âWhatâs the smallest thing I can do in the next 10 minutes?â
It doesnât solve everything, but it helps quiet the mental noise enough for me to get moving again.
