🪲 Firefly Fix #1: The Brain Dump
Yesterday we talked about Firefly Mode that moment when your brain starts chasing every little “light” because you’re overwhelmed. First, it’s the laundry. Then the dishes. Then you remember you forgot to answer a text. Then you start looking for your charger… Before you know it, you’ve started 10 things and finished none of them. One thing that’s been helping me is something really simple… 📝 A brain dump. I grab a notebook (or even the Notes app on my phone) and write down everything that’s bouncing around in my head. Not in order.
Not organized.
Just everything. Then I ask myself: ✨ “What’s the smallest thing I can do in the next 10 minutes?” It doesn’t solve everything, but it helps quiet the mental noise enough for me to get moving again. 💛 Have you ever tried a brain dump? Or… What’s one thing that helps you get out of Firefly Mode?

I realized something today…
The older I get, the less I care about looking like I have everything together. I’d rather have real conversations than perfect ones. That’s what I want this community to be a place where we can celebrate wins, laugh at the chaos, ask questions, and admit when we’re struggling without feeling judged. No pressure to have it all figured out here. 💛
