Something I do to connect more
Today’s practice made me think of this development tool that I’ve been doing for quite some time. It has helped me grow immensely in trusting myself and making this work feel natural and effortless.
I keep a running note on my phone of all the synchronicities that happen with or without effort .
I don’t go back and read it simply a way for me
