Today's Energy: Vitality & Inner Light

I am heading into a full day at the BEPC Expo today — I am teaching a workshop on opening the Akashic Records this afternoon, and I could not think of a better way to spend a Sunday. If the Akashic Records have been calling to you, that is actually going to be the focus of our May premium content inside The Sanctuary, too, so stay tuned.

The Sun doesn't question whether it should shine. It just does. And I think there is something really important in that for those of us who are deeply sensitive, deeply feeling people. We can spend so much time tuning into everyone else that we forget to tend to our own light.

Today is a day to come back to yourself.

Take a breath, feel the energy in your body, and ask: Where am I holding back my own light right now?

Then share one of these:
