Opening Your Intuitive Senses - The Four Clairs
Yesterday you invited your guides to show you their presence. Today you're going to discover HOW they communicate with you—and which intuitive channels are naturally strongest for you.

✨ Teaching: The four clairs explained (clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance) and how to recognize which one is YOUR primary channel
✨ Audio Practice: A guided exercise where you'll test each of the four clairs and discover which feels most natural
✨ Journal Prompts: Questions to help you track what you experienced with each intuitive sense
Here's what I want you to remember:
Your primary clair has probably been showing up your whole life—you just didn't have a name for it.
If you've always "just known" things → claircognizance. If you feel other people's emotions in your body → clairsentienceIf you see images in your mind easily → clairvoyance. If you hear songs or words in your head → clairaudience
There's no "best" clair to have. They're all equally valuable. You're just discovering YOUR natural language for receiving guidance.
