Background: I'm in a crazy stressful period right now. My muggle job is overwhelmingly busy. And my daughter has major surgery next week to help increase her mobility (she has cerebral palsy). So my husband and I will be splitting our time staying with our daughter in the hospital and keeping her brother occupied.
I'm already feeling the stress, but I know that those spiritual connections and practices help me stay grounded and help weather life's storms.
So, I would love people's thoughts or experiences on staying connected to spirit and/or spiritual practices when life is busy/stressful.
