I posted pics of stand with pelvis and back to be flat against wall as we as shoulders just leaving wall with arms stretched out. I think I’m doing it correctly. It really activates abs. I have had some injuries in intercostals back muscles so I can feel it in back as my rib cage is trying to expand.
