So I can do exercises 8 and 9, takes a lot but I can do them. But that exercise 10 is tough! Are there any regressions for that? I can't hold my hand off the floor for 4 breaths. ๐ซฃ
Doing good! Still enjoying the workouts and looking forward to the next exercises. I have a problem with wanting to jump forward but I'm taking the time to stay on the correct days and master those moves before going forward.

Sorry if this information is somewhere in the program but I couldn't find it. Are we supposed to be doing exercises 0-5 then add days 6-10 exercises to those, or do we stop doing 0-5 day exercises and only do 6-10 exercises? Hope that makes sense! Lol
