Let's get to know each other a little bit more. I’m Tracy, CEO in the mental health space. Breathwork facilitator. Recovering people pleaser. I’ve spent years being the go-to. The one who could handle it, hold it, hold everyone. And I did. But it cost me a lot of myself along the way. Breathwork was the first space where I didn’t have to explain, perform, or fix anything, I could just be. It gave me something I hadn’t felt in a long time, a deep trust in myself. And a quiet but powerful knowing that whatever was coming next...I could meet it. I am so tired of watching women hold it all together and never find the space they need or themselves. Believing that they need to do more, or change, or improve, be better. What we need is to slow down so we can heat ourselves and this is what I hope to bring to you here.
