Feeling a little melancholy as the build up to the last day was not quite like I anticipated. I envisioned an epic run, a last gallop up the final flight of stairs, and a few air punches in celebration of a long hard and difficult battle of wits and strength. But alas God had other plans as winter has arrived to my part of the world. Too much ice, snow, and cold for my plans to work. Oh well, I am happy with what I accomplished, I can be proud of the gains I have made, and the fortitude I had when injuries threatened to derail my resolve. I will be doing a more complete video about my 75HARD journey shortly. Today I can rest and treat myself to a well earned meal. Nothing too crazy, but it's going to be so good! Cheers!

Only a few days left and winter decided to make the evenings more of a challenge. But we are not deterred! It was a beautiful and quiet night with just my steps making noise. You'll see beauty and opportunity in virtually everything if you allow it.

Day 66 of my #75hard journey. Got back to running today, and felt on fire! Remarkable even! Crushed my distance after 2 weeks of recovery.

It's Day 65 of my #75hard adventure. I felt very alive and on fire. I got in over 9.5km tonight. With just 10 days to go I'm cranking up the intensity.

As I write this I just finished my 2nd workout and it is 11:11 PM on a Saturday night. I'm either committed to finishing or I should be committed. This is nuts! Every bone in my body tonight did not want to go out in the cold and dark at such a late hour. However, I got it done and we're inching closer! Now just the final 2 weeks!!
