I went live on TikTok (I know, I was just trying something) and there was a question on why the body gets affected by the mind
For those who are constantly doing the right things - exercise, healthy eating, sleeping, hydrating etc - and still not feeling better, this one is for you
But I’d like to know which stresses are the most challenging for you below:
Physical stresses - weight gain/loss, aches/pains etc
Chemical stresses - hormone/immune system issues, viruses etc
Emotional stresses - fear, grief, sorrow, shock etc
