Where is your nervous system at rest?
I fly back to UK today, so a lot of the conversations this morning are about going “home”.
Home is supposed to be where you come back to. Where you’re accepted for who you are. Where you don’t need permission.

But if they say home is where the heart is, then I’m already here.
So then what is UK for me?
I used to have a company called “BeCome Immersive” centered around belonging, birthed from my feeling English in Sierra Leone and Sierra Leonean in England
So feeling such a connection here in Freetown has been a real shift. It’s felt like freedom!
