Hello everyone,
In Justin's video about the foundations of understanding Reiki he talks about
Reiki being beneficial and like a RESET to being your true self even if it is only for 10 minutes. I already know how to do self treatments so am already practicing them and currently always wait til I have longer and do the full time. But this can sometimes mean missing a day if I dont have time or energy so I would very much like to do these mini sessions. So my question is if I was only able to do a short practice of say 10 minutes, what would that look like as in would it be doing all the positions for a very short amount of time or just a few positions I felt drawn to? Or can you do just one? 😊
