Happy Tuesday 👋: Checking In & Introductions
Happy Tuesday 👋 Quick intro for anyone newer to the group — I'm Gabe. Founder of this community, host of the Real Estate Investing Club podcast, and operator of Kaizen Properties where we acquire mobile home parks, RV parks, self-storage facilities, and land. I've been heads-down on deals and realized I wasn't using the video/post feature here enough. So I'm changing that. Here's what I want to know: What are you buying? What asset class are you focused on right now? Drop it in the comments. Whether you're analyzing your first deal or grinding through your 10th acquisition, I want to hear what you're working on. I'm active in this group and if you've got a deal you're looking at — or just need a direction check — post it up. I'll give you my honest take. And if you're ready to get on a call, jump into one of the weekly sessions. Link in the community. Talk soon. — Gabe
Happy Tuesday 👋: Checking In & Introductions
Personal news: I'm a dad (again)! 👶
Hey everyone — I wanted to share something with the group that has nothing to do with a deal. My wife and I just welcomed a baby boy into the world. Everybody's healthy, everybody's happy. Holding him reinforced the "why" of real estate for me. It's not just "I need to provide for this kid," but "I need to build something I can actually hand down to him." Something that outlasts me. For me real estate isn't just a way to make money or hit a number. It's the most tangible thing I can build and pass on. A portfolio, the knowledge, the relationships, the systems — all of it can become his head start instead of something he has to figure out from zero like most of us did. So if anything, this little guy just turned the volume way up on why I'm doing this. For those of you building for your own families — kids, parents, whoever you're doing this for — I see you. That "why" is the thing that keeps you going when a deal falls through or the cold calls aren't landing. Hold onto it. And for all you parents out there, you got this! Back to your regularly scheduled real estate content soon. For now, I'm going to go stare at my son a little more :). — Gabe

Super fired up for this one — his story is exactly the kind of thing this community is built around. 9am PST — Joshua Ax (nepacashoffer.com | @thejoshax) Real estate investor since 2014, focused on value-add opportunities in Northeast PA.
