I'm Gabe. Founder of this community, host of the Real Estate Investing Club podcast, and operator of Kaizen Properties where we acquire mobile home parks, RV parks, self-storage facilities, and land.
I've been heads-down on deals and realized I wasn't using the video/post feature here enough. So I'm changing that.
