Weekends are prime time for real estate cold calls because homeowners are usually more relaxed, at home, and not distracted by work. You’re more likely to catch decision-makers directly instead of gatekeepers. This means better conversations and a higher chance of booking appointments. Best Times are late morning to early afternoon on Saturdays (10 AM – 2 PM) when people are up, settled in, and more open to talking. Sundays can also work well, but avoid early mornings and dinner time—12 PM – 3 PM tends to be the best window. Let’s go get these deals
