💰 Atlanta Beltline Launches $150K–$500K Fund for Developers Supporting Small Businesses
Hi Family!
I don’t know if you heard—but Atlanta just did something really smart.
The Atlanta Beltline just launched a new fund that gives $150K–$500K to developers who promise to rent part of their commercial space to local small businesses at below-market rates for at least 10 years.
Keep the promise → you keep the money.
Break it → you pay it back.
Why this is cool:
  • More spots for small shops + restaurants that don’t get priced out
  • Helps local businesses stay ready for big events (like the 2026 World Cup) and stick around long after
  • Builds long-term community wealth and longevity instead of short-term profit
Who this is for:
  • Developers with projects in the Beltline corridor (new or recently finished)
  • Tenants must be small in business: ≤$1.5M revenue, ≤20 employees, 1 location in GA
****Real question for the group*****
If you got access to this kind of funding… what would you build?
What is something that brings people together and leaves impact for years?
Let's see how creative this group can get. Respond in the chat , poll or both!
