Sacred Rage a new idea
I was in a workshop this morning and it was perfect timing.
The workshop teacher Carson Cooper is also a shamanic teacher.
He talked about Sacred Rage. I'd never looked at it that way.
I am clear that our emotions teach us lessons. But it makes sense that our emotions are sacred.
Plus our emotions need to be expressed or they get suppressed in to the shadows.
