I am on the road in New Mexico. On Sunday I was with another healer & teacher who I had not seen in about 10 years! We were both invited to be part of the ceremony of releasing of ashes for a friend who lost her mother. It was a beautiful ceremony at a place called Battleship Rock on the Jemez Pueblo in New Mexico. More pics to come later.

Freeing yourself to be who you are lets you be available and ready when people who need your medicine call you to service. Had I never chosen to move through the darkness, through the fear and doubt of who I have always been inside - spirit would not have been able to work with me to be who I am today.

I urge you to find your strength to move through whatever it is that is keeping you small and stuck. Reach out, ask for help and guidance. Spirit listens and answers those who ask.
