Developing the Daily Habits of Your Healing
There are different ways to help with keeping focused on our daily walk as healers.
  1. Establish your sacred grounded practice. What is that for you each day? Something in the morning? Is it something when you first get out of bed or after your first coffee?
  2. What is your method to set your outlook for the day? Are you a meditator? Are you a morning outside walker?
The important thing is to begin working on a clear path that gives you stability each and every day.
I like to look at it as stages of action.
Arrival - how do I arrive each morning?
Belonging - how do I declare who I am and what I am each morning?
Depth - Is there something I'm working on that requires my attention in order to go deeper and see more clearly?
Rhythm - Are my actions rhythmic? It doesn't have to be, but over time developing a particluar cadence to how you show up each day will build strength, it will build that muscle we need.
How are you developing and growing in your healing path? Where do you see the growth?
What areas do you need to give attention to?
All are valid. Our walk is individual but not alone!
