Struggling With Fear, Faith, and Moving Forward
Guys, I’m finding myself struggling with some really intense belief issues, and they’re honestly paralyzing me. I keep feeling like the strategies I have in mind are doomed to fail, and I question why anyone would even buy from me. On top of that, I worry that God won’t provide for or bless my business. The only thing keeping me going right now is that I truly don’t believe this idea came from me alone. So many pieces had to come together for it to exist at all, and it feels like that could only have come from God. If He gave it to me, then He has to bless it. Still, I’m really struggling to motivate myself to move forward. Any words of encouragement would mean a lot.
⏰ Pick ONE Day + Time Block It
Alright Ladies, now that you’ve mapped out your weekly rhythm (See Week 6 Post), let’s take it one step further and make it visible. Here’s what we’re learning. Order protects what God gave you. Time blocking isn’t about control. It’s about clarity. Most of us don’t need more hours in the day. We need protected pockets of time we can actually honor. ✨ Today’s Simple Action Choose ONE day this week. Not the whole week. Just one. Block that day out with real times, like this: 5:30–6:30 Time with God 7:00–8:00 Get kids ready 8:30–9:30 Drop off, commute, reset 10:00–12:00 Focused work block (admin, content, or clients) 6:30–7:30 Dinner and family time That’s it. It doesn’t have to be perfect or packed. We’re just practicing awareness and intention. Even one 30-minute focused block can change how the whole day feels. 💬 Drop this in the comments: The day you chose Your time blocks just like the example above Then go to the person above you and leave one encouraging emoji 💛🙌✨ We’re building momentum together. 🌱 Gentle reminder. You're not micromanaging your life. You're learning how to steward it. One Day. One block. One step at a time. You’ve got this!💪🏾
Sis… It’s Not Just You
Drop a 🤔 if this sounds like you. I recently learned about something called performance anxiety. Not the stage kind, but the kind that shows up when you genuinely love what God has called you to build… and yet still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or hesitant when it is time to move. Learning this didn’t excuse my patterns, but it did help me understand myself so I could overcome them. And I want to share this with you because some of you may be carrying this quietly too. Most of us don’t label what we feel as spiritual or emotional. We just whisper to ourselves, “I should be doing better.” But here is the truth. You are not helpless. You simply need clarity so you can work smarter, steward better, and push through the distractions that keep delaying your vision. If this sounds familiar: • You overthink small tasks until you delay them or miss the deadline • You freeze or stall when it is time to hit publish or send the email • You start strong but drift even though the desire is still there • You feel pressure to get it right the first time • You feel like everyone else received a focus manual you somehow missed Sis, this does not mean you are not capable. It means you are human and carrying something that matters. Here are three simple ways to move through it with grace: 1️⃣ Make a simple plan Choose one clear next step. Not the whole business plan, just the next right thing. 2️⃣ Take small steps Break things into micro-moves: Open the laptop. Write three bullet points. Draft the messy version first. Make it simple enough that even the tired Tuesday version of you can still do it. 3️⃣ Allow imperfect action Ugly drafts count. Half-finished attempts count. Starting scared counts. God responds to obedience, not performance. Sis, it’s not just you. You are learning how to carry a God-given vision while managing real distractions and a real nervous system. And you are doing it with courage. Drop a 🤔 if any of this feels familiar. We’re walking this out together.

Midweek Mood Check 💛 Drop Your GIF
Ladies, let’s do a quick pulse check. Drop ONE GIF that captures exactly how you’re feeling today. No explanations needed… just the vibe. THEN: Go to the person above you and drop one emoji in response to their GIF — something that says, “Sis, I see you.” This is our little mid-week moment to be real, breathe, and remember we’re not building alone. 💛 I’ll start us off…
