This week we talked about how God designed each of us uniquely. Our spiritual gifts. Our personalities. Even our Enneagram. (Stay tuned for a separate post on that one.) All of it works together to shape not just who we are but how we build, what we build, and how we show up for ourselves and the people we are called to serve. I want to show you something personal first. I have been sharing my office journey with you all, and there have been a few updates since the last time you saw it. My new desk finally arrived. Now the office is not finished yet. See, the perfectionist in me already wants to rewrap the bookshelves to match the desk 🫣, but what I really want to show you is what this space has become for me right now. In the same room, I now have a corner where I spend time with the Lord on the floor. A little gym setup with dumbbells, a yoga mat, and yoga blocks tucked away in the closet. And my workspace. One space. Multiple ways of showing up for myself. That is my craftsmanship gift in action. I do not just build businesses. I build environments. Spaces that reflect intention, order, and purpose. That is how God wired me. And once I understood that, it changed how I approach everything, including how I take care of myself. Now I want to see how God wired you. Here is your weekend challenge: Pick one thing you learned about yourself this week. Your spiritual gifts. Your DISC results. Something that resonated. And then show me through a photo how you are going to set yourself up to show up for yourself in this next season. Here are a few examples to get you thinking. If your gift is administration, maybe it looks like a planner laid out, a color-coded schedule, or a workspace that is finally organized the way your brain needs it to be. If your gift is teaching, maybe it looks like a reading nook, a stack of books you are working through, or a quiet space where you prepare and study. If your gift is help or service, maybe it looks like a meal prepped for the week so you can show up for others without running on empty first.

Hey ladies. Over the last week I had the privilege of getting on calls with a few of you. And what I heard in those conversations reminded me of exactly why this community exists. I heard women who are carrying more than most people can see. Women who are showing up for their families, their jobs, their ministries, and their callings all at the same time. Women who have not stopped caring about what God placed in their hands. They have just had a season where life came at them hard and fast and did not ask permission. And underneath all of it, there was a quiet tension that sounded something like this. I know I am supposed to be building something. I just cannot figure out how to get there from where I am. If that is where you are, I need you to hear this. You are not behind. You are not failing. You are carrying a real life and trying to be faithful in it. And that is exactly who this community was built for. Now let me say something important about what we are actually building here together. A build does not mean a finished business. Not in the next few weeks, not in the next few months, and honestly, not even in the next six months for some of you. What we are building is something you can steward alongside your real life, your responsibilities, your family, and your season. The curriculum is designed to walk you through a full year so that by the time you have moved through it, you have something that is ready, sustainable, and aligned with everything God has given you to carry. We are doing it in quarters because we understand your capacity. Each quarter is one step. Each step builds on the last. You do not need to see the full picture right now. You just need to take the next step. And here is what I want you to know about the calls I had this past week. I was able to sit with a few women, hear where they were, and help them get clear on exactly what their next step should be and how to approach the curriculum from where they are right now. Not from some imaginary place where everything is figured out. From where they actually are.
