Hey Ladies, welcome to week 8! Over the last several weeks, you've been doing the important work of gaining clarity. This week, we're shifting from clarity to planning. We know planning is not the most exciting and one of the easiest ways to get overwhelmed is trying to figure out everything you need to build on your own. We've simplified it for you. It's time to use AI as a thinking assistant. Copy and paste this prompt into ChatGPT or Claude: "I am building a [service/course/product/community] that helps [audience] move from [before state] to [after state]. Generate a complete build list of everything I need to create before I can deliver this offer. Separate the list into: • Must Build Now • Nice to Have Later • Future Improvements" That's it! Feel free to tweak further but remember that you're not building the perfect version. You're building the first version that works. If you try it, come back and share one thing that showed up on your build list that you hadn't considered before. 💻 Co-Working is tonight at 9 PM! This week, you did something that many builders skip over because it feels less exciting than the vision work and less tangible than the actual build. You made a plan. A real one. With a specific list of what you are building, a schedule for when you are building it, and a realistic sense of what the first functional version of your offer actually requires. That plan is going to carry you through the next several weeks. And now we want to hear what is on it. Check-In Prompt Share your build list with the community. Tell us: - What vehicle are you building? - What are two or three of the key assets on your build list? - Which weeks are you planning to build? You do not need to share everything. Just enough to make the plan feel real and give us a picture of what you are working toward. If You Are Still Working Through Your Plan No problem. Let us know where you are. - Which part of the planning felt clear - Where you got stuck or what you are still figuring out - What your offer is and what vehicle you are building Someone in this community may be building something similar or may have already figured out the part you are stuck on. That is exactly what this space is for. A Note Before You Move On Do not move into Week 9 without a plan in place. The build weeks are where momentum either takes off or stalls, and the difference almost always comes down to whether someone knew what they were working on when they sat down. Your plan does not have to be perfect. It has to be real and it has to be written down somewhere you will actually look at it. If you have not downloaded the Build Schedule Spreadsheet yet, grab it from the resources section and get your plan in there before Week 9 begins. We are building alongside you. As you work through this week's lessons, you'll be thinking about your transformation, your milestones, what belongs inside your offer, and what you can realistically sustain in this season. That's a lot to hold in your head.🤯 One thing that can make this process easier is creating one place where your ideas live. ✨ Our recommendation today is Notion. It gives you the ability to keep everything in one place and organize your thinking as your vision becomes clearer. Here are four simple sections to create: 🧩 Transformation 🗺️ Milestones 📦 Offer Boundaries ⚖️ Capacity Check That's it. As you watch the videos, don't forget to use your Participant's Guide to your advantage. Write things down as they come up, capture your reflections, and move your notes into your chosen space as you work through each section. It doesn't need to be perfect. You can also use Google Drive or even a notebook if that's what works best for you. The goal isn't to build a fancy system. The goal is to create a space you can keep coming back to as you refine your vision, grow and build with intention. Also, don't forget, we have our co-working session tonight at 9 PM!
