🤖 Build Your AI Assistant is happening in 7 days
🧰 Toolbox Tuesday: This AI Prompt Could Save You Hours!
Hey Ladies, welcome to week 8! Over the last several weeks, you've been doing the important work of gaining clarity. This week, we're shifting from clarity to planning. We know planning is not the most exciting and one of the easiest ways to get overwhelmed is trying to figure out everything you need to build on your own. We've simplified it for you. It's time to use AI as a thinking assistant. Copy and paste this prompt into ChatGPT or Claude: "I am building a [service/course/product/community] that helps [audience] move from [before state] to [after state]. Generate a complete build list of everything I need to create before I can deliver this offer. Separate the list into: • Must Build Now • Nice to Have Later • Future Improvements" That's it! Feel free to tweak further but remember that you're not building the perfect version. You're building the first version that works. If you try it, come back and share one thing that showed up on your build list that you hadn't considered before. 💻 Co-Working is tonight at 9 PM! If you've been trying to catch up on the curriculum, start your build, or strategize further, that's the place to be. Sometimes an hour of focused work can create more momentum than a week of thinking about it. Have you used AI to help you build your business yet?

🧰 Toolbox Tuesday: Give Your Ideas a Home 📁
Hey ladies, welcome to week 7! As you work through this week's lessons, you'll be thinking about your transformation, your milestones, what belongs inside your offer, and what you can realistically sustain in this season. That's a lot to hold in your head.🤯 One thing that can make this process easier is creating one place where your ideas live. ✨ Our recommendation today is Notion. It gives you the ability to keep everything in one place and organize your thinking as your vision becomes clearer. Here are four simple sections to create: 🧩 Transformation 🗺️ Milestones 📦 Offer Boundaries ⚖️ Capacity Check That's it. As you watch the videos, don't forget to use your Participant's Guide to your advantage. Write things down as they come up, capture your reflections, and move your notes into your chosen space as you work through each section. It doesn't need to be perfect. You can also use Google Drive or even a notebook if that's what works best for you. The goal isn't to build a fancy system. The goal is to create a space you can keep coming back to as you refine your vision, grow and build with intention. Also, don't forget, we have our co-working session tonight at 9 PM! Set a reminder, bring whatever you're working on, and come brainstorm with us. Sherrika will be on the call, and it's always an amazing time to work alongside one another and move things forward together. See you tonight! 🎉

🧰Toolbox Tuesday: Record the Conversation, Not Just the Notes ✍🏽
Hey Ladies, welcome to week 6! This week's lesson is all about validation and one simple tool that can make your conversations much easier is Loom (or any recording app you already use). One mistake we often make is trying to listen, think of the next question, and take detailed notes all at once. As women, we are natural multi-taskers and end up missing the small comments that often hold the biggest insights. Recording your conversations (with permission) lets you stay present and actually listen. You can use Loom, Zoom, Google Meet or your phone's voice recorder. As you review, listen for: - Words or phrases people repeat - Problems they've already tried to solve - What feels hard or frustrating - What outcome they're hoping for Sometimes the most valuable insight isn't what people say. It's how they say it. Before anything else, make sure you've watched the Week 6 lesson. It walks through validation in much more depth and will help you go into these conversations with clarity. When you're ready, drop one insight, pattern, or takeaway over at the Week 6 checkpoint post. 💛 Don't forget, Co-working is also tonight at 9 PM, come as you are, wherever you are in the process and let's build as a community. Will you be joining us tonight?🎉

🧰 TOOLBOX TUESDAY - Say YES to your decisions this month
Hey Ladies! Happy new month and welcome to week 5! This week is all about committing to something specific. And one of the best ways to move from "I think I want to build this" to "I am building this" is to get it out of your head and into writing in a way that actually gets you committed to it. To help you do that, our recommended tool this week is Your Week 5 Decision Guide which is available in the classroom. Here's how to use it for Week 5: 1. Watch week 5 video 2. Download the fillable pdf 3. Open it. Fill it and Save it. It'll walk you through four things- what you're building, who it's for, when you'll work on it, and what done looks like by the end of the quarter. That's it. No fancy downloads needed. Just your decision, written down, somewhere you'll actually return to. Put it somewhere you'll actually see it every day. Your phone notes app, a sticky note on your desk, or a free Notion page (notion.com) with a recurring reminder so it stays in front of you and say YES to it everyday. If you're already in Week 5 and you haven't filled out the Decision Guide yet, feel free to do that during our slated co-working session. However, please note that there would be NO CALL TONIGHT at 9 PM. This is to give us time to fill the Guide and have them ready for our next co-working session. Ready? Set?? Let’s build together! ✨
