**Hello from UB8!**
Good evening everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself to the group as Harj. I'm based in Uxbridge [near Heathrow] and have a few BTLs locally. Earlier this year, I began to invest in myself and have taken a few property education courses. Having succumbed to the "shiny penny syndrome" , I believe I finally have some clarity in my strategy and the intent is to focus on strategies that generate cashflow and enable MIMO [Money In Money Out Deal] investments. I'll be a the next meet up on the 4th October so look forward to meeting some of you in person. Property can be a lonely journey, so if anyone ever needs to talk or connect, please do reach out.
