Good Evening all, hope you've all had a good week.

I have just joined the Wealth academy today and wanted to introduce myself. Im Richard Lambie, im from a small market town in Lincolnshire. Husband and Father of 2. Work wise i have been in corporate automotive career for the last 25 years but also a have little experience in property. I ran a R2R hmo business for 7 years between 2016-2023. I also built our family home between 2014-2016 (not with my bare hands) but designed and managed the whole build.

My 90 day goals are to deep dive into the workings of everything within this academy and what it has to offer and hopefully lay down all the ground work to starting a new property business which can firstly give me choices around work, secondly support my retirement and thirdly legacy planning to have something to pass on to my children. I am interested in mixed use property and larger hmo. Im not looking to be hands on with tenants and i am looking to make everything as handsfree as possible longer term. Family comes first with me, always.

Looking forward to meeting some new people, sharing some tips and experiences, and having a bit of fun along the way.
